Cultivate JOY within.

A space for curiosity, creativity and becoming more fully yourself.

Through coaching and handpainted artwork, Fields of Joy Studio invites you to look at life a little differently—to notice what matters, explore what's possible and make more room for joy.

What happens when we give ourselves room to explore?

Sometimes we do it through conversations.

Sometimes we do it with a paintbrush.

Both begin in much the same way -- with curiosity, a willingness to see things differently and the courage to discover what might emerge.

Jenny Coaching

What makes your heart sing?

It's one of my favorite questions—and often a surprisingly difficult one to answer.

Coaching at Fields of Joy isn't about fixing you or giving you a formula for a better life. It's a place to slow down, get curious, listen more closely to yourself and explore what's possible.

Connect with me if you're ready for honest conversations, meaningful change and perhaps an adventure or two.

Color.

Curiosity.

Joy.

My paintings begin much the same way my coaching conversations do—with curiosity rather than certainty.

I work primarily in acrylics, using bold color, simplified forms and a little playfulness to capture animals, flowers, nature and the things that make me smile.

These paintings are created here at Fields of Joy Studio in northern Minnesota.

Creativity doesn't require permission.

You don't have to be an artist to create.

You don't have to know exactly where you're going before you begin.

And you don't have to be good at something for it to bring you joy.

Sometimes the most interesting things happen when we stop trying to get it right and simply see what happens.

Hi, I'm Jenny

Coach | Artist | Flower Farmer

For nearly two decades, I've coached people through change, leadership, uncertainty and possibility.

For as long as I can remember, I've loved painting and getting messy. I think I started as a kid painting rocks.

Painting and coaching have similar attributes: we don't always need to know where we're going. Sometimes we just need enough courage and curiosity to begin.

What makes your heart sing?

Maybe you already know.

Maybe you're trying to remember.

Either way, that's a pretty wonderful place to begin.
