Coaching at Fields of Joy

What if the life you want isn’t as far away as you think?

Sometimes we know something needs to change.

We’ve outgrown an old version of ourselves. We’re standing at a crossroads. We’re successful on the outside but wondering, Is this really how I want to spend the next chapter of my life? Or maybe there’s something we’ve quietly dreamed about doing, but fear, uncertainty, or all the reasons it “won’t work” keep getting in the way.

That’s where coaching begins.

Coaching at Fields of Joy is a space to slow down, get curious, tell yourself the truth, and listen for what matters most. It’s a place to explore what you want, understand what may be holding you back, and begin moving toward a life and work that feel more authentic, meaningful, and joyful.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to get curious.

Coaching Is a Conversation That Creates Possibility

I believe we already carry much of the wisdom we need. The challenge is hearing it beneath all the expectations, old stories, fear, busyness, and well-practiced ways we’ve learned to protect ourselves.

Coaching gives us room to notice.

Together, we might explore the beliefs shaping your choices, the emotions you’ve been avoiding, the patterns that keep repeating, or the dream that keeps tapping you on the shoulder.

I’ll ask questions. Sometimes difficult ones.

I’ll listen deeply, reflect what I notice, challenge you when it serves you, and help you see possibilities you may not be able to see from where you’re standing.

There’s no formula and no one-size-fits-all path. Coaching is a partnership—and our work begins with you.

What Makes Your Heart Sing?

This has long been one of my favorite coaching questions.

Not What should you do?

Not What will everyone else think?

Not even What makes the most sense?

But:

What makes your heart sing?

That question can take us somewhere entirely different.

Coaching at Fields of Joy is about creating enough space to hear your own answer—and developing the courage to do something with it.

We Might Be a Good Fit If...

You may be ready for coaching if you’re navigating a transition, questioning what comes next, feeling disconnected from yourself, or simply sensing that there is more you want from your life.

Perhaps you want to:

  • Rediscover what brings you energy, meaning, and joy

  • Navigate a personal or professional transition

  • Build confidence and trust yourself more deeply

  • Understand the beliefs or patterns keeping you stuck

  • Develop greater emotional awareness and resilience

  • Have more courageous conversations

  • Lead with greater authenticity and humanity

  • Turn a long-held dream into something real

  • Create a next chapter that feels genuinely yours

You don’t have to be in crisis to want something different.

Sometimes a quiet there has to be more than this is enough.

A Little About My Approach

I’ve been coaching leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, and people navigating meaningful change for nearly two decades. My work draws from emotional intelligence, mindfulness, self-compassion, courage and vulnerability, parts work, positive psychology, and years of studying how we grow, change, and become more fully ourselves.

But credentials and frameworks are only part of what I bring.

I also bring lived experience.

My own life has required me to rethink possibility more than once—to adapt, begin again, take risks, challenge assumptions, and learn that circumstances don’t get the final word on whether we can create a meaningful and joyful life.

That perspective shapes the way I coach.

My style is warm, honest, curious, direct, and occasionally playful. I’m not here to tell you how to live your life. I’m here to help you listen more deeply to yourself, challenge the stories that no longer serve you, and discover what becomes possible when you begin trusting your own wisdom.

Coaching with Leaders

Leadership is human work.

Behind every strategy, decision, difficult conversation, and organizational challenge is a person trying to navigate complexity while bringing out the best in themselves and others.

My executive coaching work helps leaders strengthen self-awareness, emotional intelligence, courage, communication, resilience, and their capacity to lead authentically.

We can work with immediate leadership challenges while also paying attention to the deeper patterns underneath them—because sustainable leadership growth rarely comes from simply learning another technique.

It comes from becoming more aware of who you are when you lead.

Coaching for Your Next Chapter

There are seasons in life when the questions change.

Who am I now?

What do I want next?

What am I ready to let go of?

What have I been putting off?

And what would I do if I stopped assuming it was too late?

This work is especially meaningful to me.

Your next chapter doesn’t have to look like the chapters that came before it.

Coaching can give you the space to imagine something different—and then begin creating it.

Ready to Get Curious?

You don’t need a five-year plan.

You don’t need to know exactly what you want.

And you definitely don’t need to have everything figured out before we talk.

Bring the questions. Bring the dream you’re afraid to say out loud. Bring the thing you’re wrestling with. Bring the part of you that simply knows something needs to change.

We’ll start there.

What might become possible if you gave yourself permission to find out?
